Almost two-thirds of children want their parents to spend more time reading to them before bed. Most of theses kids like Mum's storytelling more than Dad's，researchers said.

A high school in England has found a new solution to allow students to sleep longer in the morning. The $25, 000-a-year Hampton Court House School is starting a 1:30 to 7 :00 pm timetable in September. It will become the only school in Britain that starts lessons in the afternoon. Head teacher Guy Holloway said the changed hours should help students get higher grades. He said research on human brains shows students can do better if they can sleep longer in the morning. Today there are policemen everywhere, but in 1700, London had no policemen at all. A few old men used to protect the city streets at night and they were not paid.
